We are moving forward with a Legislative Summit on January 27th with a panel of WA legislators. The panel will run from 9:00-10:30 am with a discussion on bills that will need action to get them through the session. We have Rep. Beth Doglio and Sen. Manka Dhinga joining us. Rep. Doglio and Sen. Dhinga updating us on what pieces of legislation are moving through the process followed by Q&A. We’ll break at 10:30 am and then be back at 11:00 am for folks who want to do some strategy work or need a little help in navigating their participation in the legislative process. It’s a short session this year, so things will be moving quickly. If you have pieces of legislation that you’d like JUUstWA to support and track, contact office@juustwa.org. Please provide an explanation of the legislation and why you feel JUUstWA should be supporting (or opposing) it.
