Should you need childcare provided onsite, please let us know your needs no later than September 30, and we will try to accommodate you and your child/children.
Summit Meals:
A light breakfast and lunch will be provided to Summit participants free of charge. Click here to review the menu .
Some GLUTEN FREE, VEGETARIAN, and VEGAN options will be available. For all serious food concerns, please notify us of your restrictions in Part 2 of your registration, and be sure to read labels at the event or inquire in the kitchen.
Pay what makes sense:
How much does the Summit Cost? Registration fees for the all-day Summit on Saturday, October 12 are determined by how much you want to pay. Basic registration is $35 per person. We encourage you to pay less if that makes it easier for you to attend and to pay more if you can support others’ attendance.
We encourage participating youth to give themselves a full scholarship. We also suggest that those with limited incomes, those paying for childcare at home, those traveling significant distances or anyone incurring other expenses related to their participation at the summit consider choosing reduced fees or a full scholarship as well.
There is no charge for the pre-event on Friday evening, October 11, the post-event, Sunday morning, October 13, or for taking advantage of a homestay.
