The legislature 
has passed most of the climate bills, which are awaiting signature by Governor Inslee:
SB 5116, 100% Clean Energy
HB 1112, Hydroflurocarbon Phaseout
HB 1257, Buildings Efficiency
HB 1578, Oil Spill Protection
HB 1512, Electrification of Transportation
One bill, HB 1110 (Clean Fuels) was stopped by the Senate Transportation Committee because of funding issues.
